Stir Up Sunday ~ 2023 (Alc 14.1%) 375mL can. Aged for a further 12 months & released for Christmas, this is a Royale Christmas Ale created in memory of Queen Elizabeth II. This beer is based on the royal Christmas Pudding recipe shared by the Queen during her Silver Jubilee to mark “Stir-up Sunday” - traditionally the day home cooks ‘stir up’ their Christmas pudding mixture. Brewed with mixed fruit, citrus peel and infused with Dark Rum and Brandy, we’ve given it an extra royal twist by aging on oak and adding Dubonnet (reportedly the Queen’s favourite tipple). 

Ingredients: Water, Barley, Oats, Rye, Dried Fruits, Citrus Peel, Dubonnet, Brandy, Rum, Hops & Yeast.
