Base style this time is a Barleywine, infused with a decadent serving of rich pudding, containing dates, sultanas, brandy & spice, dripping with sticky caramel toffee & a dollop of pure vanilla ice cream. With actual date syrup used in the ferment, this beer fermented to a high abv, creating a dry, warming finish, balancing the mid palate sweetness beautifully & making it impossible to resist another serving of Christmas Pud!

Ingredients: Water, Barley, Oats, Rye, Date Syrup, Dried Fruits, Candied Peel, Brandy, Rum, Hops & Yeast.
