Holy Moly ~ 2023 (Alc 13.80%) 375mL can. This Christmas we thought we would ramp things up from our renowned “fruit cake ale” and take inspiration from another festive favourite, the Sticky Date Pudding! Base style this time is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale, infused with a decadent serving of rich pudding, containing dates, sultanas, brandy & spice, dripping with sticky caramel toffee & a dollop of pure vanilla ice cream. With actual date syrup used in the ferment, this beer fermented to a high abv, creating a dry, warming finish, balancing the mid palate sweetness beautifully & making it impossible to resist another serving of Christmas Pud!
