Stir Up Sunday ¬ 2023 (Alc 14.1%) 375mL can. A Royale Christmas Ale released last Christmas in memory of Queen Elizabeth II, this beer is based on the royal Christmas Pudding recipe shared by the Queen during her Silver Jubilee to mark “Stir-up Sunday” - traditionally the day home cooks ‘stir up’ their Christmas pudding mixture. Brewed with mixed fruit, citrus peel and infused with Dark Rum and Brandy, we’ve given it an extra royal twist by aging on oak and adding Dubonnet (reportedly the Queen’s favourite tipple). 

Holy Moly ¬ 2023 (Alc 13.80%) 375mL can. Last Christmas we thought we would ramp things up from our renowned “fruit cake ale” and take inspiration from another festive favourite, the Sticky Date Pudding! Base style this time is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale, infused with a decadent serving of rich pudding, containing dates, sultanas, brandy & spice, dripping with sticky caramel toffee & a dollop of pure vanilla ice cream. With actual date syrup used in the ferment, this beer fermented to a high abv, creating a dry, warming finish, balancing the mid palate sweetness beautifully & making it impossible to resist another serving of Christmas Pud!
